The short version
Our guides are free to read. We pay for them in three ways: commission from some booking links, advertising, and the trips and concierge support we plan for families. None of these costs you extra.
Affiliate links
Some buttons — such as “Check prices”, “Search hotels nearby”, “See tours and tickets” or travel insurance and cab offers — send you to partner sites like hotel booking platforms or tour marketplaces. If you book, the partner may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same as going to the partner directly.
These links are marked with a note beside them and are tagged rel="sponsored" for search engines. Prices, availability and cancellation terms are set by the partner, so always check them there before paying.
Advertising
Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense or a similar network. Ads are labelled “Advertisement” and are kept apart from our booking buttons and enquiry forms. With your consent, ad partners may use cookies to show more relevant ads; you can change that choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our privacy policy.
How we keep it honest
- Places are chosen and written about before any commercial link is added, and a place does not need a partner to be included.
- We never accept payment for a place to appear in a guide or to change what we say about it.
- Where something is not suitable — too many steps, too hot at midday, poor value — we say so, partner or not.
- Trip packages and concierge services are Raahzo's own and are always described as such.
