For families living outside India
Plan your parents' India trip from abroad.
You are in London, Toronto, Dubai or Sydney; they are in India, or flying in. We plan a comfort-first trip around how they actually walk, eat and rest, meet them when they land, and keep you updated in your time zone.
How it works
Four steps, all from your phone.
Brief us in your time zone
A short form, then a WhatsApp or video call at a time that suits you — evenings in London, mornings in New York or after work in Dubai.
Get a plan you can share
A day-by-day route paced for your parents, hotel areas chosen for access, and a written quote. Share it with siblings before anyone commits.
We book and confirm
Hotels, cars and any companion are confirmed manually. Nothing is booked or charged without your go-ahead.
Updates while they travel
Optional check-ins and photos on WhatsApp, so you know they arrived, ate and rested — without calling them every hour.
What we take care of
- Airport pick-up with a named driver and a sign, coordinated with the airline's wheelchair or assistance request
- Hotels with lifts, ground-floor rooms or step-free access, in areas close to good hospitals
- Short travel days, rest windows and no 5 a.m. starts unless they want one
- Vegetarian, Jain, diabetic-friendly or low-spice food preferences passed on to hotels and drivers
- An optional local companion for arrival, temple visits or the whole trip
- An emergency contact process agreed before the trip, with your number as first contact
Concierge support is optional and quoted separately. See the Concierge Companion page and our concierge policy.
Good first trips for parents
Destinations that work at a gentle pace.
Send the parent trip brief.
Takes about three minutes. Mention the country you live in and the best time to reach you; we reply on WhatsApp or email with questions, a plan and a quote. Nothing is booked without your go-ahead.

Questions from families abroad
We live abroad. How do we talk to you?
By WhatsApp, email or a scheduled call. Tell us your country and the best time to reach you when you send the brief, and we will work around your time zone.
Can our parents travel without us?
Yes. Many families plan the trip from abroad while parents travel on their own or with a relative in India. A Raahzo companion can meet them on arrival, stay for a day, or travel with them for the whole trip.
Do you arrange visas or OCI cards?
No. Visas, OCI cards and passports are the traveller's responsibility and must be applied for through official government channels. Our first-trip guide explains the e-Visa basics and links the official portal.
What happens if a parent feels unwell?
We are not a medical service. Before the trip we agree an emergency process, note the nearest good hospitals on the route and keep your number as first contact. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care for their age.
How far ahead should we plan?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable, longer for festival dates, peak winter months or when a companion is needed. Shorter trips can sometimes be arranged; ask and we will be honest about what is possible.
How are prices worked out?
Every trip is quoted individually in writing before anything is booked, based on dates, hotels, transport and any companion. Hotel and transport prices come from the suppliers at the time of booking.
