What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone/WhatsApp number and email.
- Trip details: destination, dates, number of travellers, budget and preferences.
- For concierge requests: traveller age, mobility, language, relevant medical or dietary notes and an emergency contact — shared with the traveller's consent.
- Partner applications: business and contact details you submit.
- Usage data: pages viewed, searches and link clicks, stored without your name. If Google Analytics or advertising is enabled and you consent, Google processes data under its own policy (see “Cookies” below).
How we use it
- To plan, quote and support the trip you asked about, and to contact you about it.
- To brief the verified partner or companion assigned to your trip — only the details they need.
- To improve our guides and understand which pages help people.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use health information for marketing.
Affiliate links
Some links send you to partners such as hotel booking platforms, tour marketplaces, insurers or cab services. When you click, we record which page the click came from, and the partner receives a tracking code so it can credit us if you book. The partner site then applies its own privacy policy. Retention and security
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Access to the admin system is restricted to authorised staff.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@raahzo.com. We handle requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
