Easy transfers to and in Nanded
- Ask the Gurudwara Board or volunteers about the easiest approach for wheelchair users and elders before you queue.
- Carry a head scarf and slip-on footwear; you will remove shoes at each gurdwara.
- Hire a car for the day trips; Kandhar, Mahur, Hottal and Sahastrakund involve long drives and uneven ground.
- Ask the airline or railway for wheelchair or porter assistance when you book, not on the day.
- Pre-book the pickup from the airport or station, so nobody has to negotiate with drivers after a long journey.
- Choose arrivals in daylight where you can, and keep the first afternoon free to rest.
