Have lunch at a small dhaba near the temples (simple but adequate food), then decide whether to return to Ujjain the same day or stay overnight. If returning the same day, leave by 3-4 pm to be back in Ujjain by 5-6 pm. If you stay overnight, simpler lodges are available, and you can explore more of the temple complex and surroundings the next day.
