Day by day
- Day 1 — Arrival assistance and a quiet first evening
A Raahzo arrival assistant meets your parents at the airport or station exit, helps with luggage and sees them into a pre-booked cab. At the hotel, the assistant helps with check-in and confirms the room matches what was requested — lift access, bed type, bathroom grab rails where the hotel offers them. The rest of the day is for resting. If they feel up to it, a short evening drive past Hawa Mahal and the lit-up old city, seen from the car or with a brief stop. You receive a short family update once they are settled.
- Day 2 — One palace, chosen for their mobility
We choose the day's main sight based on how your parents are walking and feeling. For confident walkers, Amber Fort early in the morning with vehicle drop at the upper entrance and a guide who keeps a gentle pace. For parents who prefer less walking, City Palace, which is flatter, has shaded courtyards and places to sit. Either way, the visit is capped at about two hours. Lunch is at a calm restaurant or back at the hotel, followed by a long rest. Late afternoon is optional: a slow drive to Birla Mandir, which is lit up beautifully after dusk.
- Day 3 — A soft Jaipur day: museum, sweets and shopping
A lighter day. Mid-morning visit to Albert Hall Museum, which is mostly on one level and easier on the knees than the forts. Lunch or tea at Laxmi Misthan Bhandar in the old city, a long-standing name that many older travellers enjoy. Rest through the afternoon. In the evening, a short and supervised browse at Bapu Bazaar for textiles and mojris, with the cab waiting close by so nobody has to walk far with bags. If a day companion is booked, they accompany your parents throughout, handle small payments and keep the pace comfortable.
- Day 4 — Unhurried departure coordination
Breakfast at leisure, followed by packing help if needed and hotel checkout with the concierge team coordinating the cab. The transfer leaves with extra buffer time so there is no rush at the airport or station. Where the airline or railway offers wheelchair or buggy assistance, we remind you to request it in advance and help coordinate it on the day. You get a final update when your parents are through to the departure area or seated on the train.
