Start with sunrise or early morning at Hill View Park, then walk through the coffee plantation and its pepper vines. After lunch in town, drive out to the emu farm at Dadubada and Lover's Point. If time and energy remain, end at Silent Valley for sunset, and keep Midubanda for another day unless you are fit and early.

Pacing
Pacing a Daringbadi trip for parents and children
- Book accommodation in advance and ask about hot water and heating; winter nights can be very cold.
- Plan the long journey in two stages, with an overnight in Berhampur or Bhubaneswar if the full drive feels heavy.
- Take motion-sickness tablets if anyone struggles with winding hill roads.
- Skip the steps to Midubanda Waterfall unless everyone is confident on stairs; Hill View Park and Silent Valley need almost no walking.
- Carry medicines for the whole stay; pharmacies in the town are limited.
- Keep layers handy: mornings and evenings are cool even in the shoulder months.
