The short answer

When to go to Jejuri

The best months are November to February, when days are warm but comfortable, the air is dry and the hill is clear. March to May is hot, and the stone steps are hard going by late morning. June to September is monsoon: the hills turn green and crowds thin, but the steps can be slippery. For older travellers, a weekday morning in winter is ideal, with a rest in the shade of the courtyard before the descent.
