Easy transfers to and in Malvan
- Choose a stay with ground-floor rooms and easy car access; Malvan's old lanes are narrow and a few lodges have steps and no lift.
- Hire a car for Dhamapur and Anganewadi; public transport inland is limited, and the lake and the temple are better visited early in the day.
- Ask the airline or railway for wheelchair or porter assistance when you book, not on the day.
- Pre-book the pickup from the airport or station, so nobody has to negotiate with drivers after a long journey.
- Choose arrivals in daylight where you can, and keep the first afternoon free to rest.
